Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bear Bobbleheads Wedding Cake Topper

In late August 2012 a customer David Wilson contact us for suggestions of a couple bobblehead wedding cake topper. He is an enthusiastic football fan of Green Bay Packers while his wife-to-be is a Chicago Bears fan. He just wanted to make the bobbleheads made with the elements of both football team and reflect the topic of the wedding. After collecting their candid shots, a thorough discussion with them, we proposed the draft plan as following.

For the groom, we make him in Green Bay Packers team jersey and blue jeans, wearing a cheesehead, the hand farthest from the bride is holding a football. The bride is wearing eyeglasses as she usually does, and holding a bouquet of follower to reflect the wedding ceremony. She is wearing Chicago Bears Team jersey, and blue jeans. They are standing hand in hand and smiling to the guests. Both of them are wearing Jordan Sneakers. The base was made in likeness of a football filed. In the end zones are colored in Green Bay and Bears team color. The name of reach team were embossed at each end zone. When they saw the first design, they are amazed by the fine craftsmanship and funny design. The husband loved the cheese head very much and was proud of making it to present his love to the team. But they like to make minor modification on it to make it more like the image of them. The grooms would like to make the sneakers into a pair of timberland boots and the bride made it into black black flips flops, which would make them more like their every day style. As their wedding day was 10/20/2012, they liked to make it the day on the base. At this stage, the artist Mark Cook propose his idea of making the date as numbers on the jersey and their name in the back of the jersey. So in the end product the font of the jersey will say, 10 and 20 which means the month and date of the wedding. On the base, it will say from left to right, 20 and 12 which means the year 2012. So the back of the Green Bay Packers jersey is made with number 12 and groom’s name while the Chicago Bears says the bride’s name and number 20.
