ReplyDeleteI used this company for 10 bobbleheads for my wedding. 7 of them are absolutely perfect (except one of the 7 was missing a button). The other three (groom, groom and bride cake topper) looked nothing like the groom and the bride. They also looked nothing like the proofs that we approved. They refunded me the cost of one of the three bobbleheads. They do great work when they stick to the proofs as 7/10 were perfect. It's when they don't stick to the proof that is disappointing.
